Evaluate, Evaluate, Evaluate
I was having a conversation with a Manufacturing Manager recently, and he asked me a question that concerned me. "Don't you ever get tired of the problems, don't you ever get tired of the endless stream of people that just keep coming up to you(him) and handing you a whole bunch of problems and not even a small box of success? This question concerned me certainly; after all, this manager is a seasoned manager with over a thousand hourly production associates, working for a well known global player. Well, as you might expect, I answered him instantly, "Of course not, when they stop asking questions, it means they've lost interest... the game's over, you lost."
