North Mississippi Health Services is the largest rural hopsital system in the United States. North Mississippi Health Services is a diversified regional health care organization, which serves 24 counties in north Mississippi and northwest Alabama from headquarters in Tupelo, Miss.The project goals include; succesion planning, strengthening team communication and greater value-added employee retention. Resources used include; Process Coach, DISC assessments and employee mentoring.
