Neptune Technology Group is the industry leader in automatic meter reading solutions to water, electric, and gas utility industries in North America. The project goals include developing more cohesive teams, initiating departmental workforce development plans, and improving the communication quality between layers of management. Resources used include; Manufacturing Coach, Echelon's media group, DISC assessments, WebEx Conferencing, Echelon's LGV Office.
