Echelon Value Consulting LLC begins on the very first day comparing the clients perceived needs with our "Training Needs Assessment" form. The results are then compared to Echelon's case studies and best practices, then project goals are identified and the strategic project plans are documented. The project is then presented to the client's decision makers for confirmation and buy-in. Echelon Value Consulting LLC will then customize the project to the client's needs, present the project to all management involved for; management feedback, management concerns resolution and documented management buy-in.
