Central Service Association uses the TTI Man/Staff assessment as a tool in our new hire process. We have benchmarked the assessment against long time value added employees and the results were strikingly close to the employees' performance to date. Our company has also priced compared the DISC assessment to other available assessments and the DISC assessment from Echelon Value Consulting showed the highest value in time to administer and cost. Central Service Association feels the DISC assessment helps us build and maintain the cohesive teams that will keep Central Service Association a leader in the Information Technology field.
